Description
While I'm hoping someday this dude will finally be released on the GMod Workshop, I made a fan design for him, possibly to give him a more "fitting" design to his character. I did kept his standard white shirt and blue pants, but gave him extra designs on the shoulders and sleeves. I also added a few more things on his belt, as well as some dark grey thingies on his pants. I see officers with those, so I thought it'll look good on him. His shoes also have some changes, but not much. I changed both of his badges (Hat and chest badges). For some reason the hat badge looks like an owl head, but I decided to put the "Mushroom Kingdom Police" badge as I know most of the time he is seen working at the Mushroom Kingdom.

I'm not gonna post it on Twitter yet, not until I finish the expressions and two more fan arts. I did them traditional first, I had to fix Hal's head being small on this drawing, but now it's better! Just have to re-made all of the rest on Digital.
I do like his current design, just a lil' somethin' I wanted to make :3 (I would be surprised if this becomes a real model, but heh.)

Some more fan changes:
- His left arm is robotic-like, as I thought it'll fit him, knowing he kinda is half robot, right?
- His walkie-talkie is on the right side of his belt, instead of the usual left.
- A gun is showing on his belt, unlike his current deisng, which doesn't. (From what I've seen, correct me if I'm wrong.)
- The blue lights on his left screen side, neck and arm change color depending on his mood.
- Three blue colored stripes were added on his head, pretty much meaning when he is awake or not. They are black if he isn't awake.
- Two teeny-tiny red and green particles on his robotic arm, they act like the main part of his arm, allowing him to move it. Two can be seen on his hand, others are hidden by his shirt.
- Now wear gloves, much more often on his right hand than left hand.
- New expressions, but these are with his standard computer head. They still are on Work. One of these expression can be seen as my profile picture and on my dA page :3
- The pockets on his shirt also slightly changed, so did I added two more on his pants.
- Added a part of his amulet from "Officer Meggy" attached right under his shirt. It can be distinguished by the brown color.

- Still has the same grumpy and ultra-serious behavior, however!
