(Look at that drawing evolution!)

At first, this was supposed to be a shitpost with Hal glaring at a donut while drooling, but my other half told me to make it differently, so I made this. I went with the colored lines instead of my usual black lineart to give it a more fitting look with the background. I used my Fan Design instead of the GMod version. (Like I do with literally all of my drawings involving Hal Monitor...)
Usually I would have drawn it on paper, then remake it on computer, but this time I did it with my skill on PC. I'm drawing with a mouse and a wrist with constant cramps, so imagine the pain it took :v

I'm probably Hal Monitor's biggest fan at this point. I've made so many fan arts of him, traditional or digital, and even a story where he is the main protagonist! He rarely gets attention from others, but here I am xD.

Time Taken: A big 2h30 Minutes or less (Without counting breaks)
