I took a crack at redesigning Doctor Who's Omega. I used as a base: Stylistic elements of Omega's two appearances in the classic series, and mixed it with a little bit of Rassilon's costume in The End of Time. I made the robe look a little more like a duster, as I saw Omega as a more "cowboy" counterpart to Rassilon, doing the dangerous and wild work while Rassilon was more the politician and schemer.Hope you like.

Great design, but in my opinion he needs to be grander. He never moves faster than a brisk yet dignified walk, so his clothing should reflect that (plus it's known that robes are fashionable in Gallifrey anyway). An exaggerated collar (very popular in Time Lord culture) could go well with the helmet, though I'd redesign the helmet a little to look less similar to Cybus Industries Cybermen.
And I've just realised that I've asked you to literally change everything but the background. Didn't mean to do that! Anyway, ignoring things I'd like to change if i had the artistic capability and patience it does look great!

So few favs? Well then, may I be the first to say well done and bravo. I love it and the fact he is the top runner for being the main villain in the coming christmas special it is somewhat well timed. Once again, bravo.
