Aaah this is quite bloody and sad cause i ADORE Agili but i had to kill her off :'( so sad...
anyway, the pic...still cant do trees but i thought i should try xD so any ideas on how to improve trees would help (tuts dont help trust me i tried xD) and the rocks are ok i guess, clouds went a bit spazzed and Buno's pose just went a bit spazzy but cba to fix it

anyways, so here's a story

"Agili? Agili where are you?" Buno desperately searched for his mate, she had been missing for well over 12 hours. Had she given birth? Was their a problem with the cubs? She was heavilly pregnant, could she have got into difficulty?
"Agili! Agili! Please, where are you?" He was terrified. He had looked everywhere. He ran over to the gorge and out onto a rock that jutted out over the river. Maybe he had a better view point here? Buno scanned the area. Nothing. He sadly lowered his head...the river was unusually low, probably due to the draught...as he sighed and looked into the water, he noticed something. Something caught in the pile of wood that had always been there...it was a pale colour. An antelope, maybe? Buno dashed to another rock that was lower this time, and as he got closer and closer he realised...that was no antelope...it had a golden tail tuft, and clawed paws straggled across the broken branches. A lioness! He ran still further down to the nearest rock he could...and then, his heart sank.
"A...A...Agili..."
Agili's body was crushed between branches, her left front paw twisted painfully around and wedged between an old fallen tree washed down the river and a huge rock. A twig speared her delicate paws, her claws ripped and torn. She'd tried to grasp something, but it was too much for her. A chunk was taken out of her ear...more like some claw scratches than tree damadge. Her golden fur that others so envied was bruized and stained with blood, her closed eyes covered in blood.
Buno stared...his beautiful wife was...dead...and his children...his unborn cubs that were so close...were gone? He didn't know. Maybe she'd already given birth? He was so close to having a family...now he was alone again. All over again.
A single tear dripped down his cheek and dampened his deep red mane. He watched as her body was dragged under by the relatively gentle waters. He watched as her dainty face gently sank. Then a creak. The branches she was caught on snapped against the rock, and they too washed away. As she sank, her golden tail tuft flipped upwards as the branches rolled down on her. It shone in the fading light as the sun broke through a gap in the clouds. He reached out a paw, contemplaing whether his life was worth living now, but he stopped himself. He watched as her tail tuft gently sank, and whispered
"Goodbye, beautiful..."
