Description
I made this for the Vincent fanclub's Valentines Day 2006 contest. I started work on this early January during my winter break. It was slow going in the beginning, mostly because I had no idea what I was doing most of the time. This is my first real comic attempt, and if it's taught me anything, it's taught me backgrounds are highly reusable!Anyway, here's hoping you find it funny. I'm not a big fan of VincentxYuffie, but I do like the idea that Vincent and Yuffie enjoy annoying each other on occasion.

For the record, though I do enjoy the idea of Vincent as a vampire, I wasn't planning on shipping the "Vampire Vincent" idea with this... I just wanted to suggest that he finds scaring the crap out of Yuffie funny... Though I think he'd come to regret his choice of tactics.
Tifa: Vincent, I've had to sleep with garlic stinking up the tent for three nights now! Yuffie's convinced you're a vampire. You've got to fix this!
Cid: Why the #$&* does Yuffie think you're a vamp anyway?
Vincent: ....
Cid: You threaten to bite her or somethin?
Vincent: ...no.
Cid: Then why's she always screaming about you being a vampire? ...besides the coffin thing.
Tifa: And your odd love of capes.
Cid: And the glowing eyes...
Tifa: And your inability to age... Um, maybe I should get some garlic too...
Vincent: It was a joke....
Tifa: Huh?
Vincent: I hollowed out some chocolates to look like a vampire had eaten them.
Cid: With your fangs?
Vincent: ....no ....with toothpicks...

I'm so sick of the "Yuffie-Vincent" pairing... So I don't like this much either. I can see that happening as they are friends though at least. I ain't got a problem with that, but they sure AREN'T lovers. Vincent is MARRIED for f's sakes.

So I can rant about it to ignorant people who think this is even a "possible pairing"; because it's extremely unlikely and I hate how people think of it being anything more. Yeah, think what you want - just stop playing it as though you're living your fantasy through "their" characters! They already have "plots/personas/lifes" that follow a percular linear storyboard. I'm not forcing my own "pairings" on anybody like you are.

Vincent wasn't ever married. And I wish to apolgize to you for being rude in my last comment (I wasn't having a very good day). I know what you mean by the characters already have "plots/personas/lifes". I know it because I mostly am a person that likes the canon pairing (ex: Cloud/Tifa & Zack/Areith). But I do enjoy a good few non-canon pairings like Vincent/Yuffie.
I'm not saying that the Yuffie/Vincent is going to happen. But I'm saying that it isn't going to happen either. That is what fans do, they mix the characters up.

There's a big difference between doing such things LOGICALLY and IRRATIONALLY. Giving what you know, you should use logic to get a likely, or truthful (or grounded, fact based) outcome and support that as opposed to something that's "in the air" or couldn't be supported with illogical statements and false rationalities. Things that don't make sense, they call those LIES and DECEIPT or FICTION. So, in all, it doesn't make sense or logic supporting such notions.
