Awesome rendition of the more advanced mk4 Scimitar frigate by the very talented :HandofManos.

Designed as the replacement of the aging Mk2, it entered service earlier after the horrendous failure of the Mk3.

This ship was given a sleeker and longer shape over the original mk2, and more stealth features added to make its work as a deep space patrol frigate viable.
Better engines and weapons make it a formidable opponent, and a more advanced Core and shielding system enable it to survive head to head battles with bigger enemies.

The first off the line, the Belephron, was presented as a gift to the Emperor and serves as his personal transport when not dealing with matters of state.
