Actually, he says something closer to "Fewdoll!" but that's not what the in-game text says...I needed something to test out my new tablet on, so I thought I'd make Yoshimitsu in his Soul Calibur 2 form. One of my favourite characters from Namco if I ever had one. I always loved the pogo attack, and it demonstrates his somewhat crazy attitude. I've cought myself saying "Futile!" and "REPENT!" a lot, so this was bound to happen sooner or later...
I'm sure most of you know this already, but the first new tablet I bought didn't work properly so I got a new one in return. Point is, his head is made by one tablet, and the rest by the other. Hopefully, you won't notice, but I thought I'd just mention it anyway. Because of all the fuss, I had to put this picture aside for a little while. Glad to have finally finished it.
Well, this is going rather smoothly. Still lack a really good idea though... Oh, well. Have fun looking

When I was still a teenager, I wrote a whole collection of novels around Yoshimitsu and the Manjitou that my brothers helped me with {they were never published on the internet, however, since I was so shy when it came to sharing with others}. . .
Anyways, I love your fan art of Yoshi-san, very fun and captures his character, perfectly! โกโกโก

haha this is pretty cool. little issues with anatomy here and there, but nothing that really hinders it's readability. solid colouring job

In tekken 6 he really started getting funky, I like the soul caliber counterpart better.

Pretty darn epic, what can I say, Yoshimitsu is a hard character to draw when in these crazy attack positions. Not to mention all those little details you put in.

the perspective of the angle of the sword vs the feet is a bit off since the sword is sideways but the feet are angled. other than that its perfect.
Heres a SC2 story for you. I was in Las Vegas when I was introduced to it on arcade. I spent 6 hours playing it and got so good I only spent a total of $10. My first character was Taki though after I bought it for the PS2 I discovered the cheese that were Ivy, Talim, Seung mi-na(sp?) and of course, Yoshimitsu. :3
In SC3, though, its kelik that is the ultimate cheese

good work. i love this attack, altho' it maybe cheap. espcially when used over and over again and your opponent can't reach.
