(oof, was able to escape the hetalia fandom but then fell head first into the baldi's basics fandom 1 second after)

she doesn't have a name, she's just called the "Lady Who Makes Lunch"
she can be a moderate threat depending on your situation and only stays in the Cafeteria.

Basically what she does is pretty annoying- she either is facing the tables or has her back turned. If she faces the tables you try grabbing a Zesty bar or Bsoda from the Cafeteria the dialogue "you gotta pay for that bud!" plays in kind of a distorted female voice. If you happen to have a quarter she takes that, if not it won't let you pick up the item.

You have to wait either a short amount of time to 12 seconds until she turns her back. This gives Baldi a chance to catch up to you, if she turns her back in time then you can grab whatever you need and run.

Useless facts about her:
- I was originally going to make her throw spoons at the player when they entered the cafeteria and tried to take something
- She originally had pink hair
- her audio cue was just her humming twinkle twinkle little star, but was scrapped since she only stays in the Cafeteria so she wouldn't really need an audio cue since she doesn't randomly appear in places
