Alright, you've all waited more than long enough for this.Since it's a god-awful unestimated time before the color version of Hell's Belle will actually be finished, I bring to you the work-in-progress contrast picture.
The left image is the image as it views in Paint right now, the right-side image of course being the original pencil scan.
You can see there are a lot of differences between the images, particularly in the shading and in her face.
Now, keep in mind, when you wonder "why the fuck is this taking her so long?", that I am coloring this bitch in MS PAINT. Pixel. By. Freaking. Pixel. It's time/patience consuming.
Other than that, please enjoy, and definitely please let me know what you think.

And I DO have Photoshop. I just, uh... dunno how to use it.

the great thing about photoshop for me is the select tools that it has. with one click, it'll select all the neighboring colored stuff so if you want to color the background which is all white, you hit the select tool and it automatically selects all that and leaves your person in the middle alone. That way, you just get your brush of color and can brush all over the picture while the select's on and it'll color the back and not color your person in the middle or whatever it didn't select. Very time saving tool that one.

Well that's one hell of a contrast. They both look awesome, but I'm going to have to go with the pencil version for the moment. The cuffs look good on the paint version, but I'm sure that when this is finished, it'll be a masterpiece...

No, of course not. Don't put words in my mouth like that! And by cuffs, I meant the gold edge of the sleeves. I thought those might be some sort of metal bracelet.

Yeah, it's sort of a manacle, almost. You could even say it was a decorative shackle, I suppose, ha. And i'm glad that wasn't the only part you thought improved. ^^ I'm pretty proud of my progress with the Paint version, thought it won't be NEAR done till I finish her damn dress... yikes.
