Pucamon is a mega level digimon who's body is made of liquid chrome digizoid metal. He wears Italian style Mafia clothes with a matching black hat. He is eyeless so determining his emotions are extremely difficult.

He was created by the scientists at arch-Angel but his body became pretty unstable so he was never assigned to a tamer.

Like Arukenimon and Mummymon, he can hide his true form in the shape of a human, calling himself Peter but even though his form has changed, his eyes become the colour of the Atommon that follow beside him so one eye is always red and the other is always blue.

The creatures above his shoulders are the Atommon. The red one forces the atom particles that make his body to break apart and the blue one forces them back together at an atomic rate, transmogrifying him into what ever he pleases as long as it doesn't exceed his natural BMI, Body Mass Index.

But if it's emotions become erratic and unstable, It begins to lose control and the Atommon try to fuse together again causing a huge power surge, digivolving it into an unstable form known as Release Mode, a large manticore digimon with a liquid metal body, a human like head and a scorpion like tail. The Atommon that have become one has tried to absorb itself back into it's but unable to do so fully which causes severe instability. This instability has weakened it's molecular structure slightly which allows it's body to stretch and elongate a fair distance from the main body. The red miasma flowing out of it's scorpion tail is the unstable power that the release mode has generated and will automatically absorb the life force of anything that comes into contact with it, no matter if it's a digital life form or a human life form.

Release mode can only be stopped by separating the Atommon once more, stabilizing it's powers, emotions and body once again.
