Left the mane and tail extra long, figured I may as well so that when she gets auctioned, whoever wins her can cut and style to their hearts' content, lol.Hope you guys are all enjoying this so far, it's been a heck of a lot of fun to do!
Re-haired with high quality hair meant for human extensions, so it's extra long, body painted with spray acrylic (gray primer, with what was meant to be just a light coat of blue over, to give her a nice grey-blue tone, but the blue showed up a bit brighter than I was expecting- I kinda liked it, though, and just left it that way), with hand-painted eyes and Cutie mark, also done with acrylic.

Wow... I'm curious about how you did the eyes and re-hairing. For my Derpy, I was going to use Rainbow Dash and use fake yellow hair.

I'm aware of that, lol. I wanted to make her a little brighter, so after the gray primer coat, I went over that with a light coating of blue, hoping to get a slightly brighter Derpy, but the blue came out a bit more prominent than I was expecting, and I kinda liked it, and left her that way.

haha, thanks! I know what you mean, though- (when the blue initially dried, I was kinda like: O.o that's not what I was going for! I wish more of the gray had shown through, really). I'm thinking about doing another and keeping it more gray next time, but it's hard to find a good spray acrylic that isn't just TOO dark of a gray shade- might poke around online and see if I can find something suitable, though.
