Hope you're doing well!
This is really cool! You capture the emotion well! I love how the eyes have a sense of passion! The hair is also well done! Props to you!

However, as constructive criticism I want to note some things. I mean well of course, it is just minor things. I can tell there is differences in values but it tends to be a similar tone in the face. Making the darker spots darker and the highlights stand out will give you a more distinct three dimensional appeal. Such as with the nose, the left side of the nose could be a bit darker by the eye and towards the nostrils you could highlight it to give it the realistic effect. Just by taking your eraser and erasing some spots to create the highlight would give you what you're looking for. Correct the contrast.

Other than that I think this piece is wonderful! Keep up the amazing work!~
