Hi there!Yet another "against-the-light" matte painting.
I want to show off a post apocalyptic destroyed cityscape, maybe after a war.
It's done with Photoshop CS and After Effects.
I kept the buildings in several layers and added fog in between.
Finally I rendered a camera pullback in After Effects with a previous version of the matte.
Please use "save target as ...", since I haven't optimised the clips for streaming:

well, it's not very creative what you are doing with it. We call that stuff: ripping off artworks.
It's one of the most hated actions that you do, to insult artists.
If you want to look cheap infront of others ... go ahead in doing, what you do best ...

Wow this just kinda leaves you in awe of the destruction. I love the eerie feeling generated from the electricity still running through some of the buildings.

Such a beautiful piece, it captures my imagination. I'm getting realy into all the scenary picturea around this site... the electricity in the buildings is a nice effect, but I had one question? Where's the fires that usually occur in war? Oh well, mind if I fave?
