So I heard through the grape vine that people are speculating "Viktor Metzger" is Medic's real name. So far, nothing has been established in the comics. Or at least from what I've seen, nothing has been established.Related content

Valve said that the comics aren't their main priority, but I think it should be coming from now until October (hopefully at the latest.)

Pat Bates may be a reference to Alfred Hitchcock's "Psycho" being that the "psycho's" name is Norman Bates. Plus "Pat" is a gender neutral name, so people still have no indication if Pyro is male or Female.
