this is great, but whenever I jump, move left/right or fall it stays on the same animation and just slides. [the idle one, frame 1]
I have the walking animation as a movieclip on frame 2, the jumping as a movieclip on frame 3 and falling as a movie clip of frame 4.
what am I doing wrong? or what am I not doing?

Excuse me, but would you know the actionscript to make the character fly, so if you pressed up while in the air, they could flap their wings and go up?

i did? for the chacter yes. but i did know that you had a code that you put on the frame. i should tell people this si just like ur only with a code in the frame to make you move in all directions. im sorry.

you just left out the part where your supposed to animate him walking on frame 2, and so on
