Description
Yes, this is a triple exposure of the same Cardinal, but I couldn't resist as it sat so nicely on that log for me, checking out the lady cardinal near by.For a"pure" shot, see:

Thank you very much for the kind critique, much appreciated!
Just to make sure, it is three times the same bird,
Ingo

Awesome!
Very beautiful and very crisp images.
You are so lucky to have such a laidback birdie.
There is a cardinal who stops by my yard nearly every day, but it took me months just to get a couple of shots! And even then I had to sneak up on him!

I find that Cardinals are very local birds, they roam the same territory day after day

I took 3 shots, then I used photoshop to cut out the bird images from two of them, and added them to the one remaining shot. Makes sense?

I WONDERED if it was a manipulation job. But I was skeptical but it just looks so naturalistic. Really lovely shots and a very skillful manipulation!

IngoSchobert In reply to SilverVulpine [2010-07-21 11:38:39 +0000 UTC]
It is basically 3 shots, with the bird content from the two of them added to this exposure,
Thanks,
Ingo
