Yes it is, or at least I think it is. I remember we where out there in the middle of a storm, and then the light was on. But we had to pay to go up, so i don't know if it still works as a light tower

It would hurt... There where about 130 stairs to the top.. Oh my god I was busted when we reached it
I will upload a picture of the lighttower tomorrow
