Back when I was younger, one of my favorite pass times while playing Pokemon G/S/C was screwing around with the data with a Gameshark-I used to do things like give Pokemon infinite HP, encounter any Pokemon anywhere, get nothing but shinies, and so on. So for old time's sake, I wondered if I could do it again after I transferred the bulk of my Pokemon form my copy of HG onto my Pokemon Black recently-I got myself an Action Replay for the DS and fired it up! Oh the nostalgia! I tested code after code to see what each was capable of! It was entertaining as hell-then I had a thought, one of my most favorite things to do in my old copy of G/S with a Gameshark was mixing the 'Specific Encounter' code with the shiny codes and inputting 2 different Pokemon codes-this often resulted in HILARIOUS palette mixes as well as moveset swaps; such as a Charmander with a Shiny Umbreon's color palette and moveset, and vice versa. So here I was, ready to fire away, just for a lark I decided to test it out at Ilex Forest-except I didn't put the shiny code yet; I inputted data for Eevee, and for the hell of it, Unown, I grinned at what I could get out of that mixture, an Eevee with an Unown's color palette would be kind of cool. There I was in the forest after I put in the code-and sure enough, an Eevee popped onto the screen-it was mixed with an Unown-but not in the way I was expecting at all...its face was distorted, replaced with the open void of what looked like a giant, gaping Unown eye-it startled me, in fact it was so jarring that I ran from the encounter! I didn't even know sprites could fuse like that let alone that alarmingly! Needless to say I since then have NOT attempted the code again!
