She's pretty awesome looking I must say!
Body wise everything looks pretty good, as do her wings and the boots!Β One of my favorite parts though is the flame effect you created - it's just so spectacular, with the soft brush you used to form it and its colours, and then the glow it emits.Β Now the next step would be to highlight parts of her body to register the flame's glow, possibly with softer highlights similar in colour in the directions of the flames.
Her dragon frill ears are something else which catch my attention.Β Another detail to make her all the more exotic.Β
