i like it, i like it, i like it!! lol! i love those eyes, and i love your interpretation of the hair, despite the lack of detail there in my pencils, lol. i think this badboy could be a killer in the coloring department. gotta make that happen, lol. thanks so much again, Jake.

as I'm more accustomed to Dan Slott's modern, plain-er She, Hulk, I'm not really digging the lips, but I can figure a fan of he "galmour" John Bryne era wouldn't mind this. I think the large eyes make the overall composition look "small" - like this would be a panel, not a full page.
I'm thinking it's the dark patch right under her neck/hair that makes it look like you're hiding a ton of detailing just out of view, leaving the mind to assume she has bulging rippling nape muscles. (Maybe if this was Red She-Hulk, sure.) I think the darker line work on the original artwork would be better left to a colorist to handle, to calm this piece down some and make it Jen.
But I am loving that hair.

Sadly I don't think I've seen dan's work so I'll need to check out his work. Thanks for the reference
The eyes in this case are more a stylistic preference on Chris' part and I like them alot. Chris has always done really nice faces and the eyes imo. As for the space under her chin I applied my main rule to inking: "Do no harm". I didn't see anyway to add or change that space without altering the image more than it needed. I only felt comfortable changing the smoke int he background as it was the most undefined.
Your point on the colorist only coloring the pencils would be interesting to see. Maybe coloring the pencils and inks to see which would look better
Thanks for the critiques I appreciate them
