Description
Another quick piece by Luís Figueiredo, better known as ~marvelmania - She Hulk.I cant quite put my finger on it but something about this struck a chord with me and I really wanted to do something with it.
One thing is for sure, it took me longer than 15 minutes

Pretty interesting take on "Shulkie". I looked for the intriguing piece that caught your attention, and noticed where the zipper was pulled down...
As a postscript to my reply about Marvel creator Stan Lee below, I did not find any news item later than the report back in October that he was involved in a lawsuit with Disney over the ownership of the characters he had created. I didn't read further because it was that old.

Thanks
I didnt pay attention to the Marvel aquisition by Disney or to them buying Star Wars right from Lucas, its all just big business, it only becomes an issue when they start messing about with it

When they made the announcement last year, there were a few of us wondering just how long it'd take for the changes to start coming, but Disney hasn't touched the characters so far. I never did feel all that concerned about it, having fallen out with the current crop of Marvel editors and writers since 2004. (A damned shame, because the artists they have working on these stories are mostly top-notch!)

Awesome ink work, really nice! I guess is her pose like if she is inviting you to come to her, although with caution!

I don't think Stan is dead, although I haven't yet taken a look at the news sites online. The last I checked, though, he was resting a bit after getting a little worn out from his touring schedule. Then man is over 80 years old, after all...

Turns out the the "Stan the Man" who just passed away was a Hall Of Famer baseball player from the 1940s, not Stan Lee. I'm sure that it'd be big news if "our" Stan passed away, especially amongst comics fans. Not many of the old guard left now as it is.

Well, when you have a franchise or characters that have succeeded to the degree that those two guys have, retirement isn't such a bad deal. The question then becomes what to do in it. In Stan's case, touring the convention circuit as the "father" of Marvel Comics was his way of staying in touch with the fans. Of course he didn't do it entirely on his own (his primary collaborators being artists like Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko), but I appreciate his role in giving characters such as Spider-Man and the X-Men their "voices" during his tenure as writer and editor.

Im not aware of the Death of Stan Lee (albeit it is 3am here) and I have no idea why Disney owns Marvel other than to make more moeny.
