Sorry for the mini-hiatus! This is what iv'e been working on

Its a (simplified) evolutionary tree of an imaginary alternate-world called Confictura. On Confictura, similar to on Earth, reptiles dominated for a long time, and humans evolved.  Also similar to us, a meteor about 65 million years ago wiped out a good chunk of life, and humans also exterminated lots of life, and many of the rest were genetically engineered for foods. Similarities stop here, though. For one, birds evolved much earlier, and are not as successful. We see some dinosaurs early on, but they are quickly replaced by much stranger reptiles. Pterosaur-esque reptiles also exist, but seem a lot more like dragons. Mammals have less of an influence than they do here, and all evolved from a primate-like creature. One of the strangest things, however, is that a lineage of reptiles which evolved a cetacean-like appearance, gained extreme intelligence and genetically modified some animals. Their reign did not last long, and they mysteriously vanished.

Im putting this up as a print, so feel free to buy it! I will see if I can make a more decorated one, with a frame or a title, but as I was pressed on time, I couldn't make those.

filter feeders develop into squid fish, which become sessile, then those become sponge things, and then they become sharks?!  I love it

awesome work, you probably took many hours.

I would say each row took about an hour (yes, even the little ones at the begging, because lots took more than an hour too, so an hour is about the median). About  5 rows that I made are not shown here because they got deleted, so if you want you can do the math.
