Description Getting back into drawing my favorite Crime Clown. I really do miss drawing him. No refs, just trying out different poses and expressions...kinda. I really do like how that full body hyena turned out though. That top one with the tiny hyenas, I tried to make them look like cubs. They just ended up looking like minature adults.

Yay Joker sketch dump! I think the cub hyenas are adorable I love J lookin' over his shoulder with that grin, it's both cool and creepy. The one in the middle makes me think of my story a bit, with Jack fighting against DJ. Great stuff!

I think the one with him looking over his shoulder turned out the worst. Oh well, I had no refs and I had to guess how it'd look. I needed an excuse to slip Jack in. I love the guy too much.

Thank you! I like sketching without references sometimes; I think it helps you grow on your own style and whatnot.

Holy crap! That's pretty good without any references. I mean...I couldn't do that...

I really love the Joker in the bottom left and right corners. As for the one on the left...gotta love his evil grin there.

Thanks! I really do need to get back into the habit of drawing him. My Joker skills are seriously lacking lately. I feel like I don't do any of his expressions except that crazy grin; I REALLY need to expand more! And with action poses. That one where he's throwing cards is actually pretty close to what I had in mind...but it's just not quite there.

It's always good to try and expand. I think that's how we "grow" as artists. I know I need to expand more, lol. I can't do action poses. All I can draw is...well...just regular poses.

Don't you hate it when drawings don't turn out the way you plan them in your head? Happens to me every time.
