Lineart and some color by me. The REAL coloring here, though, was done by Robby Bevard at Antarctic PressThis is the cover to our parody of those 'how to draw' books. I think the inside art is embarrassingly bad, but people seem to be enjoying it. Thankyou, God!
Edit: For those of you that actually want this thing and can't find it, it was recently republished in handy Pocket Manga format and should be in a store near you in the near future.

I used to devour these sorts of books when I was younger.
Only now do I realize just how bad some/most of the art was, and how many really REALLY bad habits they tend to teach people.

OMG, this was one of my most favorite books, but I lost my copy when I joined the Navy.
I wish I could find another copy locally, but its out of print now.
Say, have you guys thought about making e-book versions available?Β

Borders Book Store carries it, and if your local book store doesn't have it then ask them to order it for you. They'd be happy to.
I got it because it made me laugh. I don't really find it helpful, but it's a great parody.

This book is freak'n amazing! I can't believe you are actually the guy who made this book! It's freak'n awesome! I wanna say thank you for making this book and changing some ways to my way of manga. It helped me alot. I always wanted a sequel or something close to, but you being here on DA is the best thing!

So true! my friends have all read it, and now we won't even touch some anime with a barge pole. Before we were all like 'OMFG, SALIOR MOON SQUEEEEEEEEEE!!11!!!!!!ONE!!!!! but now we're more like "AAAAH, HORRIBLE MAGICAL GIRL, RUN AWAAAAAAYYYY!' For example, Strawberry 100% Features 600000 MILLION pantie shots, girls of around thirteen years with, as you put it 'The breasts of a well endowed 20 year old' plus clueless boys. Some (Most) of these books are not very good, but I learned something from it. Luckily I did not pay any money, my library has some... sadly not the
original "How To Draw Manga" books, as they are the only books that actually are worth the money!
