-Learning this move from a Shroomish, Alen was told to use this move first to prepare a harsh move set. This move will help set a strike of his other moves and allow him to worry a little less about being attacked. It only lasts for a couple turns and leaves the target slighty dazed.
-When used the target is in a dream like daze,its like a fantasy. It makes them a bit slower and some may say confused. It starts off light but while using it again during battle,it tends to get heavier putting the target in a medium to deep sleep.
Drawback: Alen has been known to get drowsy. When scared in public situations,Alen has been known to use spore to escape from interacting with people.

Stealth Rock

Stealth Rock sets an entry hazard around the target Pokémon. Pokémon on the target's field receive damage upon switching in. The amount of damage inflicted upon switching in is affected by type effectiveness against Rock.

-Learning this move from a Golem, Alen was told to use this move second in the move set. It lines up well with the last move he uses. He usually alternates with these last two,once 1 more time then uses spore again. He isn't very good at using this move effectively. This move usually last till 2-3 turns have passed and it doesn't make too much damage.
-This move is more powerful during combat due to his ability,Technician.
-When in battle the ground below shakes as rocks from beneath start to rise up. Though the rocks are small at first,they do tend to get larger the more its used. Its a slow charge but eventually it does get stronger.
-If it wasn't bad enough for its slow charge,the tendency of it actually working can be 75%. As Alen's lowest move,it tends to backfire as the rocks may crumble or may not be strong enough to do that much damage. Technician is what makes this move work 75% of the time.
Drawback: He forgets to use it and messes up the set up. Its slow and tends to back fire often.

Rapid Spin

Rapid Spin inflicts damage and then removes the effects of any binding moves and Leech Seed from the user, as well as entry hazards from the user's side of the field (unless the user has fainted as a result of the move, such as from Rough Skin).

-Last but not least,learning this move from a Staryu, Alen was informed to use this move last in the move set. He usually alternates with these last two,once 1 more time then uses spore again. He is likes this move the least since in causes actual damage. It last for that turn and causes a bit more damage then Stealth Rock.
-In combat,Alen spins shortly from the target's side,his side,then the target's side again,jumping back to his side for the target's turn. Each time he goes to the target's side he inflicts damage on them.
-Sometimes the move may even take extra damage as Alen's tail may whip the target.
Drawback: Alen using this move multiple times can cause him to get dizzy and confused. If his tail hits,it takes damage to himself too.

(He normally refrains from using his moves though he finds it fun.)

Alen is a soft and gentle person. To people close to him he is very nice and tries to help them in any way he can. He is someone you can trust to keep a secret or get something off of your chest but you must be someone he trusts. He won't be quick to judge in a misleading and many headed situation,he will try his best to hear everyone's story without any bias.

Though Alen may be soft,this still has an effect on the fact that he is very shy person. He has trouble trying to strike a conversation with people he finds cool or interesting. Even talking to his friends and or parents can be nerve recking to him.He lacks the courage to be the one to make the first move and often asks his friends to help him if he can bring himself to ask.
Socially Awkward,Insecure
Alen suffers from social anxiety and may freeze up in fear in social environments without a friend or parent to help him. He might turn away from you if you try talking to him or flush up and move away. He is insecure when anyone views his art and usually keeps it locked up in his room. He is hoping to get better with this anxiety.

History Hometown: Violet City,Johto
In Violet City lived a happily married Smeargle couple;not long after the marriage the biggest surprise had risen. The wife was pregnant.

The morning of August 23rd was when the Smeargle child,Alen was born. He was also the only child. Not because Alen was a bad child,he just never seemed interested in a brother or sister and the parents were content with their son. Life was normal like in the 3 member family. The mother was as kind and loving as any mother and the father was a hard working but silent guy. Both parents were artists so they often did portraits and commissions,traditionally. The family wasn't affected much by technology being created,which was perfectly fine for them. When the child was 5,he'd just started painting. Of course the paintings were mostly chicken scratch and scribbles;the parents were so proud,encouraging their son and assisting him. Up till primary school,the parents had helped Alen in his art but they had lately been busy and couldn't manage the time to aid him. Alen was also getting harder to teach as he would often lose courage and get distracted. The parents wanted to keep their child active in art and the only thing they could think of was hiring a tutor or teacher.

A couple months later,Mr.Pom;a somewhat known Smeargle artist from Kalos had recently made a move to Johto due to some frustration with his community. When Alen's parents heard,they immediately went to him and begged and pleaded that Mr.Pom took Alen under his wing and teach him. Coming from Kalos was a bigger deal to the parents due to their technology boost. The Raspdy family couldn't afford anything like that not even in their dreams. Mr.Pom slightly confused but clear on his words ,accepted to teach Alen with no fee or pay. Mr.Pom said it was because he had no job to be bothered with but the parents were too surprised and excited to even think about it. The child however wasn't too sure. He was never very social and only really trusted his parents so meeting with a unknown artist was quite scaring to him but he didn't really have a choice.

Moving up in school,Alen had to also run on a tight art class schedule. After schooling,Alen was to arrive at Mr.Pom's art studio and hour after he got home. If Alen arrived early he would have to wait an hour before entering,if he came late he would have to clean the studio. This didn't really bother him as Mr.Pom and him cleaned the studio anyway. This art class and schedule kept till the first year of secondary school. Mr.Pom's hard work was finally coming to an end as he wanted to watch his student grow better on his own. He had noticed Alen growing a style and wanted to observe it. Alen was to teach the class now and it continued on and on. Alen was scared and nervous each time but began to trust Mr.Pom a little more and more,not minding teaching and so. Some days they wouldn't draw;Mr.Pom would ask Alen if he wanted to do anything else like dance or sing but Alen would hardly respond. Of course Alen wanted to try other things but he didn't want to let down his parents or his teacher so he kept quiet for now.

One day,like any other day,Alen and Mr.Pom had always walked back to the Raspdy's home. Moving at a steady pace,they had made it half way there till suddenly they had came face to face with a bully from Alen's school.
Alen had never brought up the verbal abuse caused by the bully to anyone,not even his parents. He wasn't sad enough to be depressed though it did hurt him and made him upset. He didn't feel the need to tell. Nothing else happened at his school so he really didn't pay it much mind.
The bully was just about to talk with Alen who was looking more nervous then normal. Mr.Pom had pushed the kid back to stall him the blaze kicked him to make the kid fall back. Alen was in awe as he watched his teacher hover over the kid and talk to him firmly. "Pardon me sir..but what are you doing interrupting my student and I's walk?..." The bully looked up in fear and stood up quickly. He apologized for his rude action and ran off. Alen as amazed as ever,stared at Mr.Pom eyes wide and mouth open. Alen was never taught or trained on his moves so seeing Mr.Pom do such a wild thing was mind boggling. His teacher just said "What?I'm an artist..I just..I know how to use my moves.." Alen didn't understand at the time what that meant nor did he want to bother his teacher. Mr.Pom had continued walking while Alen ran after.
Alen never told his parents to avoid in awkwardness between them and felt like it was better not to. The bully also never bothered Alen again in the rest of Alen's 4 years.

In no time,Alen was at the age of 18,it was a year after he had graduated from secondary school. He had a meet up with his teacher to just talk and Alen decided to bring up the event from 5 years ago..He asked what Mr.Pom meant and how he did something like that. Mr.Pom was silent,unsure what to say. Alen asked again and his teacher spoke up. He had explained that he had dreamed of being some type of hero. Some one strong that could protect others. He had been training with his father,siblings,and friends using his moves ever since he was 10. Art was a side thing to him and he mostly spent his time working on his moves. He heard of some group named Argo Navis for move striving pokemon like him;he always dreamed to get in to prove moves were great. Soon people around him frowned upon him,he started to get frightened of using his moves and slowly turned back to art keeping move fighting as a dying side hobby. He finally got to the point where he felt out-casted. Eventually he moved to Johto. Alen seemed moved by this. Soon after Alen started feeling so Mr.Pom brought up the Argo Navis and just told it as a "group to support move users and move users alike" which confused Alen a bit but he understood. Alen thought,and then spoke "W-Why don't you join?.."Mr.Pom responded with the 'just too old card'. He beileved the youth could really make a difference.
Alen had been thinking about another thing to look into for a long time now. During the conversation with his teacher his,mind the idea of joining this "Argo Navis" was churning and making its way to the top of his thoughts till finally he bursted out "I-I can join then!". It had lingered in the air as both went silent. After a little bit more of awkward silence Mr.Pom cried out laughing. Alen was confused and embarrassed but Mr.Pom knew he meant it. He stopped and looked at his student.
"R-Really?...You aren't even aware of your potential in move combat..." Mr.Pom said slowly,a bit worried.
"I-I want to make it up to y-y-you..You helped me become the b-best artist I could be..I-I want to be stronger! L-Like you!! You k-know I want to try something else..." Alen proclaimed.
"We could train together and!-...You would r-really join the Argo Navis for me?..."
"..I-Its the most I could do for my favorite t-teacher..."
Alen had a worried smile like always as Mr.Pom's eyes opened and he beamed with joy. Mr.Pom had said he would start teaching and directing Alen on moves and how to use them safely. They decided to start the next they as it was already getting late. Mr.Pom returned Alen back home and planned meetings with some of his friends,friends Alen would learn from.
The next day Alen went to the studio where his teacher was standing outside. He took Alen to a near by field where a Shroomish,Golem,and Staryu had been waiting. The Shroomish taught Alen Spore,the Golem taught him Stealth rock and the Staryu taught him Rapid Spin. Once Alen copied each move he from them he tested them out on Mr.Pom and learned how to use them with help from the others. This was a scary but fun experience for Alen,leaving his even more excited for Argo Navis.

Two months later,Alen had to tell his parents what he was doing and what he planned. Mr.Pom had came for support and of course when Alen talked about it with his parents;they supported and accepted the choice. Alen brought to a slight sob was happy to have this. Mr.Pom had bought a phone for Alen as a surprise gift. Something the family couldn't afford but it brought joy to Alen when he got it. Mr.Pom also got a phone for the parents to use just incase of emergencies.

Not long after Alen had received an email. Unsure how to access it he gave the phone to Mr.Pom. His teacher read out loud the email and stopped after reading "Argo Navis". Alen froze while he was trying to process everything. He had just got a email about the Argo Navis?! Mr.Pom with joy k-kept reading,the excitement popping in his voice.He looked at Alen,beaming. He screeched "Y-You must reply now!!Come on!!" Alen knew what he had to do,he had quickly replied back,astonished this actually h-happened..When they told Alen's parents,who were very proud,they almost fainted! Alen didn't start packing until he got a follow up email from "M-Mr.Cool"?..The email explained more about the Argo Navis,more than Mr.Pom had told him before. All packed up and ready to move,he replied back answering the cafe question. Alen had finally made it and he wasn't stopping now. He made the move to Lumiose City...Alen is mostly independent in the apartment he lives in. At first he would receive money from his parents and teacher till he could get a job. He now mostly works as a commissioner and multimedia artist but just incase that doesn't get him very far,he works at a book store. He isn't crazy about books but he can minimize interactions there. He mostly just puts up books or checks out books for book lovers. Though he has completely moved from his parent's super vision he still has some stuff back at his parent's house which he may pick up soon,but doesn't need at the moment. Most are just clothes and misc. items. Sometimes his parents and teacher will visit and drop some stuff off or get Alen something. He likes to keep his appearances low as by having customers for commissions leave a letter or email when trying to contact him.

Alen had been thinking about another thing to look into for a long time now. During the conversation with his teacher his,mind the idea of joining this "Argo Navis" was churning and making its way to the top of his thoughts till finally he bursted out "I-I can join then!". It had lingered in the air as both went silent. After a little bit more of awkward silence Mr.Pom cried out laughing. Alen was confused and embarrassed but Mr.Pom knew he meant it. He stopped and looked at his student.
"R-Really?...You aren't even aware of your potential in move combat..." Mr.Pom said slowly,a bit worried.
"I-I want to make it up to y-y-you..You helped me become the b-best artist I could be..I-I want to be stronger! L-Like you!! You k-know I want to try something else..." Alen proclaimed.
"We could train together and!-...You would r-really join the Argo Navis for me?..."
"..I-Its the most I could do for my favorite t-teacher..."
Alen had a worried smile like always as Mr.Pom's eyes opened and he beamed with joy. Mr.Pom had said he would start teaching and directing Alen on moves and how to use them safely. They decided to start the next they as it was already getting late. Mr.Pom returned Alen back home and planned meetings with some of his friends,friends Alen would learn from.
The next day Alen went to the studio where his teacher was standing outside. He took Alen to a near by field where a Shroomish,Golem,and Staryu had been waiting. The Shroomish taught Alen Spore,the Golem taught him Stealth rock and the Staryu taught him Rapid Spin. Once Alen copied each move he from them he tested them out on Mr.Pom and learned how to use them with help from the others. This was a scary but fun experience for Alen,leaving his even more excited for Argo Navis.

Two months later,Alen had to tell his parents what he was doing and what he planned. Mr.Pom had came for support and of course when Alen talked about it with his parents;they supported and accepted the choice. Alen brought to a slight sob was happy to have this. Mr.Pom had bought a phone for Alen as a surprise gift. Something the family couldn't afford but it brought joy to Alen when he got it. Mr.Pom also got a phone for the parents to use just incase of emergencies.

Not long after Alen had received an email. Unsure how to access it he gave the phone to Mr.Pom. His teacher read out loud the email and stopped after reading "Argo Navis". Alen froze while he was trying to process everything. He had just got a email about the Argo Navis?! Mr.Pom with joy k-kept reading,the excitement popping in his voice.He looked at Alen,beaming. He screeched "Y-You must reply now!!Come on!!" Alen knew what he had to do,he had quickly replied back,astonished this actually h-happened..When they told Alen's parents,who were very proud,they almost fainted! Alen didn't start packing until he got a follow up email from "M-Mr.Cool"?..The email explained more about the Argo Navis,more than Mr.Pom had told him before. All packed up and ready to move,he replied back answering the cafe question. Alen had finally made it and he wasn't stopping now. He made the move to Lumiose City...Alen is mostly independent in the apartment he lives in. At first he would receive money from his parents and teacher till he could get a job. He now mostly works as a commissioner and multimedia artist but just incase that doesn't get him very far,he works at a book store. He isn't crazy about books but he can minimize interactions there. He mostly just puts up books or checks out books for book lovers. Though he has completely moved from his parent's super vision he still has some stuff back at his parent's house which he may pick up soon,but doesn't need at the moment. Most are just clothes and misc. items. Sometimes his parents and teacher will visit and drop some stuff off or get Alen something. He likes to keep his appearances low as by having customers for commissions leave a letter or email when trying to contact him.

"Dear Reader,
As an Artist and hardly trained in tech,fighting,or motivation..Cafe Avior seems like a safe and friendly spot for someone like me to support and accept others from a distance..I made a promise with my teacher and parents I wouldn't go into a cafe that could potentially be a danger to me or others..I want to become better at talking with others instead of being scared,the motives of this cafe and its members seem like a perfect spot to start off..I'll feel much safer in Avior..Thank you for reading over my note.

-Alen's art is mostly fantasy environments and backgrounds. If you ask him to draw you,you might get an odd portrait...
-He works on designing other pokemon when he finds a interesting looking one.
-He loves tiramisu. Mr.Pom often made it for Alen when he was upset.

-His tail and ears are really sensitive!!! Be careful or you might hurt him!!!
