Description
Drawn entirely in Photoshop CS2 with a Cintiq. Actual size is about 3600x3000@300dpi, or 10x12. No fancy brushes, just the basics, but I did also make good use of the line, marquee, and bezier tools for the long straights or the smoothest curves (such as the cord), text tool for the dial and the amp logo, and plenty of little duplications for repeated details like the sockets and knobs.You can check out the lines midway here >> [link] << and see some of the changes between that stage and this.
So whaddya think? Sexy enough?

This illustration also appears (very cropped) in the DS game Jam Sessions DS, from Ubisoft and Plato, available in stores now. It's a pretty cool bit of software, and I'm not just saying that 'cause I got drawings all up in it. Check it out.

It's pretty interesting... it might actually be a bit more use to real guitar players than something like Guitar Hero, since JSDS uses actual chord structure.

Possible. I did a lot of art for that game, and I might have put this one in with the others. I worked with a team on that, though, and haven't seen all the ways that things were manipulated prior to implementation, and not everything I put in got taken. But it's very possible that this got in there.

wow, as usual but back to business. as Awesome as the figure is I am more in awe of your dedicatin in making the amp and the guitar including every detail even the name (bender as in "fender" bender lol) the knobs the switches all look perfect your second logo on the side the perfect guitar it's your attention to detail and dedication that make your compositions perfect in comparison to your current skill (since you are evolving over and over and increasing in draftsmanship). so i'll leave it here and say the girl looks really sexy is she in a band cause there's always room in my band for a guitarist like her

aw man. i've been silently watching your work for months now, but i can't hold my tongue on this one.
i agree with the comments that her boobs redefine the laws of gravity, but aside from that i like the energy this drawing has. it's very laid back, and i'd say that she is sexy in a way that does not typically define being sexy. i like it.
one other thing... when i first saw this picture i thought that the logo on her shirt was a vagina. for real, i stared at it for like 5 minutes trying to figure that one out. somehow i saw the shirt as transparent, and there was her stuff just staring me in the face. maybe it was wishful thinking?

I just noticed that you did the whole thing in photoshop that's cool. It gave it a nice super precise feeling on the mechanical stuff. those nobs look rad.
