It's well made with nice details, but her proportions are a bit off. I think the eyes are a little too high in comparison to the rest of the face and especially the head. What's also a bit off is the mouth, it's too far to the right. A tips is to paint a singe vertical line when you start to draw a face and then proceed from that to make everything proportionate and straight
