Description
So I came up with this idea when I was re-watching The Avatar And The Firelord a few days ago, and just had to draw it. It occurred to me that Since Ta Min survived Roku, she would be alive when Aang was born as the next Avatar. Since Gyatso and Roku were friends, I think it's very possible that Gyatso was familiar with Ta Min and may have possibly brought a young Aang to visit her in the Fire Nation either for her to help confirm that Aang is indeed the next Avatar, or just to give Ta Min a chance to say goodbye to Roku. In this picture, Aang is no older than four or five, and he's going for a walk in some kind of forest with an aged Ta Min.

I used the last scene from the trailer of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button ([link] ) as a reference and sketched it out in pencil before inking it with my Sakura Micron pens, coloring it with some good, old-fashioned Crayola crayons and touching it up in iphoto.
