Kaiserchu"Lightning God Pokemon"
Evolves from Pikachu ,while holding a Kings Rock, when it levels up on Mt. Storm.

It is said that this Pokemon is the embodement of 10,000 Thunderstorms, and that very well may be true. Every year on Mt. Storm, Pikachu gather from all around the world to hold a contest of pride and strength. This consists of how much electricity one can discharge to the point of death, and how much electricity one can hold within the never ending thunderstorms of Mt. Storm. The winner takes a Kings Rock and Throws itself off the cliff into the Lightning. When it is struck, it evolves into Kaiserchu. This Pokemon is the fastest Pokemon on earth, because it can literally travel through lighting bolts, and it's own electrical discharge. The symbols on it's body mean "Heaven".

Ride the Lightning: This Pokemon will always attack first no matter what.

Power of God: This Pokemons electrical attacks can and will hit and effect all ground and rock types.
