AH. Volume six has been great so far. 8'D I'm really enjoying all this content for Ozpin. He was one of the characters I liked a lot even originally, he always intrigued me. Now I like him even more. xD
And poor Oscar does not deserve all this drama.
All in all I just fee sorry for everybody, nobody is happy in this situation and everybody is hurting from something.
Hopefully we'll still get a happy ending! :'D

Yeah I get what you mean. I think I feel the worst for Qrow right now but it's cause I feel like he's beating himself up a lot internally. I mean I feel terrible for Oscar for the same reasons you do. Yeah it's just a big mess. xD

I really feel sorry for Oscar.
Nicely done, you capture the despair he is going through.
He is going through so much and being blamed for some of it whether he is responsible or not.
He is not coming out of this unscathed, especially in terms of sanity.
It seems only a few people can separate the two namely Ruby.
I feel if things were to take a darker turn:
Oscar becomes more and more isolated and begins to spiral into self destructive behavior. Ruby tries to help him but much like Jaune did way back, he pushes her away. She keeps trying and looks like she's getting to him. However, the others step in and create a massive argument that further isolates Oscar. Eventually, the despair becomes too great for him and he begins to truly believe that removing himself would spare everyone pain. Just as he's about to do so, Ruby comes to save him. She scolds him and tell him that he is his own person and there are people who would miss him.

Although to me it seems as though the other characters are separating Oz and Oscar just fine. As soon as Oz ... ran away they started to treat him more civilly again, I think they do understand that he's a victim in all of this.

Its a concept that helps make sense of what is happening.
I'd say this civility is out of pragmatism and not actual change.
Things are going to get hot when JNR find out about the truth.
Emotions cloud reason, even the most level headed person can be behave out of character if sufficient factors are played.
Another reason is that I find the idea of Ruby and Oscar getting together as too sweet to pass up.

Thank you for being understanding. I've been a fan since they first introduced Oscar.
My only wish is that other ships weren't so hostile (Particularly White Rose (Weiss x Ruby) and Ladybug (Blake x Ruby)) to our small community.
The constant troubles they've given me have made me incredibly harsh towards them.
