I hope you still plan to because your work looks amazing. Im starting to get into Rwby and so far I love but I have always been a big Sonic fan and seeing the way you put them togethor looks fantastic. Personaly I feel Torchwick would be a good villain pairing for Eggman but I also hope you do other images of characters you already paired like Sonic and Ruby but it's your amazing art so you do you. Keep up the great work.

You are probably the only artist I've seen here that doesn't want these two to fight to the death. I like this idea more.

One word. "death". Honestly I like the idea better of them cooperating against somebody evil then trying to murder each other. =\ I mean c'mon, they're both heroes, the only reason they'd logically fight each other is if one of them turned evil or there was a misunderstanding.

Oh definitely. I find the "death" part of most vs fights needless and mean-spirited. That's why whenever I write one of these fights, I try to think of a way to work around this issue. (sorry if I end up going on tangents and rants or I constantly talk about stuff I do or my opinions. I'm a very opinionated person who doesn't know when to shut up sometimes lol)

That makes sense. Killing off a character just for the sake of it doesn't sit well with me and just reeks of bad writing. *cough* *cough* RWBY volume 4-5 *cough* Going back to what I said earlier, I like to avoid death in my writing or make it work and serve a purpose. (I also like to use myself as an example a lot, so I apologize for that as well.)
For example, I wanted to write a fight between Yang and Sanosuke Sagara (vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/ru⦠) where they'd duke it out more or less for fun. Now, my plan was to have Sanosuke die in your typical "death battle" fashion, but then I'd reveal it as a fake out by making the whole thing a VR game the two were playing. I want to try and switch around things like a fight to the death to lessen the blow and find a middle ground to please everyone I can.

Mm, I thought so too. So much so that I had the entire conclusion planned out before the rest of the fight. I couldn't think of a way to write the body in a way I liked, so I scrapped it. That said, I have wanted to get back into writing stories and such.
