See, these redesigns are great if only they could have done this with the show. That would have been great.More alien looking aliens. If only they could get this sort of thinking for any new movies or shows

Incredible Artwork!!!  

 Let that Be Out Last Battlefield was an incredible episode; this would have looked incredible if they has dealt with this in the Kelvinverse Star Trek movies.

Oh SNAP, I loved that episode! Really can get behind the reptile origin for them. I also like the uniform, the chains have a sort of subtle "repression" or "submission" to them and expanding on the neck chain from the original is a really solid move.

My only hang ups are, one, the teeth and eyes being switched is weird. Kind of makes them seem more artificial which is a shame because the natural look of their scales/skin really makes them so believable and hits that "redesign". My other one is they both have the same outfit. I mean, yeah they are reversed and I see what you're going their with them, but they both have the same chain style. Then again, that also plays the strength of the episode's motif of how similar and arbitrary their differences are to outsiders like the crew (and the viewer). I take it back, you're awesome and keep being awesome insomniaprojects! ^_^
