Description
Trapped in a parallel universe The Inspector has been discovered by the beings who are the lords of Time there. On the planet Photha the Vampire Lords of Time detect the sudden appearance of a time capsule.Along with the survivors of Gallifrey aboard his TARDIS The Inspector must survive long enough to break the demonic hold these beings have over the universe.What if the Great Vampires had defeated Rassilon long ago and the most advanced race in the cosmos became a society of vampiric beings. The Inspector and Lynditria discover that the universe is at bay serving a handful of Time Lord Vampires. Determined to stop these creatures the Inspector has no choice but to battle these supreme undead masters of time.

I remember the Jon Pertwee series when it still B&W, the TARDIS had gone into a parallel universe with a more fascist earth. Their Jo had never gotten into science, but always wanted too, and their Brigadier was a real jerk.
The Doctor got outta there before their tapping the earth's mantle for energy resulted in the planet blowing up.

Yup. Inferno. Liz was his companion then. Pertwees series was always in color....just some of the prints were destroyed and some b/w versions were all that was left. Inferno is one of my fav stories of Jon Pertwees era.

I'd love to take credit for it but I read somewhere in my travels that every universe might have their version of Time Lords. The Nestene, The Fendahl and other mythic Cthuhlu like beings might have been Time Lords from parallel universes that escaped to ours when their universe finally died. So I just followed that thought.

The Inspector waited there because of his break up with Lily. They parted this time for good. Turned out the rogue asteroid was Earths moon and he got involved in both the Silurian and Cybermen survival because of that.

Yup. He is a being which feeds on death and possesses bodies to do it. It visited the Earth and committed the Ripper crimes. It's sort of like the Trek story "Wolf in the fold"...read the "extracts from my DE file" for more...I posted that earlier.
This parallel universe the Time Lords are vampiric beings. Just think what time would be like if the Time Lords lost the war against the great vampires.
