Wow... You have improved your skills a LOT over the years. I'm really impressed with the position of the girls face, that can be a really hard view to draw and you did it very well. The texture of the hair is very nice and I love the watercolor-like texture it has.
The only critique I could possible make is that the shadows don't seem dark enough-everything else about it is amazing =3

Yea, the missing hand adds a bit of mystery. If you want people wondering where her other hand hand is then it's fine, but if you don't want people wondering "is her hand on his back, on his butt, down his pants, etc," then you might want to include it somewhere
