Alright. So I'm just gonna let this rip.
I'm gonna try to release a series of short bios for each of the four main characters of my story (which is loosely based on Minecraft, I fucking know that's cringy), and I wanted to start with Travis here, because I already posted that "Bit" picture with him in it, and kartoonfanatic already drew him for me because she's a shveetheart.
Anyway, I'd do those "bio" things, where you list out the name, age, gender, etc., but those just seem so basic to me.

So this is Travis Slaton Daniels, and the story starts out when he's 14. During the summer break before freshman year starts, Travis, under some unfortunate circumstances, gets bit by walkers whilst investigating a shady manmade cave, and thus gets infected with postmortis--the pandemic "zombie" virus that had been terrorizing humanity for over 2,000 years. Yet, he finds himself not quite like the other walkers; He's fully conscious and aware, and as he'll come to find out later on, he's not even contagious.
Why? Because he's a rare case of someone with an immune system strong enough to fight even the fiercest biological weapon; A "higher up". However, even if this should be considered a miracle, it doesn't feel like it when he's suddenly feared by society, kicked out of his school, and has his own inner demons to fight--the Hunger.

(And under the circumstance that anyone could possibly ask if he's decaying or not--I wanna get this out of the way and say no, he's not. He, and other walkers, are half-alive, meaning (here comes the pseudo-science) they have a heart that's barely beating, just enough to keep them from decaying and allowing them to heal slowly, as well as age. Most regular walkers don't maintain themselves, however, so they quickly end up becoming truly undead, and the only thing keeping them moving is the soul inhabiting their brain until even that becomes too rotted for their soul to inhabit. Now if ANY of that made sense, congrats on somehow comprehending my gibberish).

Also some side notes about him, just kinda "get to know you" things:
- One of his favorite bands is System of a Down.
- He tends to be too investigative and ballsy, hence why he got bit to begin with.
- His parents aren't the best influences and don't tend to watch his behavior anyway, so he has/does drink/smoke weed here and there, and, well, let's just say he also didn't ""die"" a man-virgin.
- As older brothers tend to do, Travis gets a kick out of teasing his younger sister Carrie, even now, when it's probably not always a good idea considering his condition.
- He and his old friend, Logan, used to go on all of the school computers and fuck them up, Vinesauce Joel fashion <3 (Take in mind this also starts off in 2006, so they'd be using Vista and Windows 7, ahh, nostalgia).

Will say I'm actually proud of this drawing as well, which is pretty fucking uncommon.
