This can be used for
Photoshop CS- CS5 & Corel
Will NOT work on GIMP [It can work just not the "Selective Coloring" and text options] and will not work on Photoshop Elements.

TEXTURES THAT WERE USED ARE LINKED HERE [and none are mine]:
NOTE: The original links were posted through imageshack and now they no longer work. I had to refind these textures & could not find many of them. So some will be different. I tried to find similar images.

step 1: this texture is the base of the image and unfortunately I cannot find it. Perhaps you can screenshot it and stretch it bigger.
