oo i just discovered u and right before i go to sleep too!! wheeee lol um idk if you do the gaussian blur thing a lot but you can apply the blur, open history, set the blur action as your history brush, then click the action before the blur, and then use the history brush to set the blur where you want it and whatever opacity you want it just like a regular brush ^^ its quicker or at least with the latest version of photoshop it is... they took away all the short cuts and its .... yea... not happy lol
