Used this stock [link]This is the first tutorial I've ever made, I hope it's helpful.
I realize other people do it differently but this is the way I like to retouch.

I don't have Photoshop, I use Paint Shop Pro 9, but I'm going to try it in that with one of my pics. I'm sure I could pretty much get the same effect.

When I used Jasc I could always get CS3 tutorials to work, so I think this might work for you.
