After finals ended, I realized that I had some time to sew something. I haven't made a plushie for myself in over a year, so needless to say I was enthusiatic about this project. It's Tiny Kong of Diddy Kong Racing DS fame! When I saw the updated character design that Rare had given her, I knew that I'd have to make her.
A lot of people were less than excited about TK's debut back in '99, but I always liked the character. They figured that TK would be replacing Dixie (which of course wasn't the case). The girl Kongs were always my favorite, and having another one in the mix was no problem. I can't wait for DK Jet next year...
Nerdy discourse aside, TK took about two weeks. She's made from fleece, velour, felt, and a cotton material, and is
12'' tall and can stand on her own. On the right, I included the original TK plush I made back in the seventh grade when DK 64 was released...I think I've improved a bit

How long did it take for you to make this? You did a pretty good job on it.

Thanks! This took a pretty long time - about two days of solid work - but that's because I hand sewed it.

Seriously, there is no way to please the fans. First, they complained that she looked too much like Dixie (who is a pretty much a Diddy clone), which she didnβt except maybe the hair a bit and then when they make her look different they complain about her not being small anymore and that she looks like a βslutβ because she wore a revealing shirt. Oh sure, Candy Kong also has a revealing shirt along with big boobs and really short shorts and Dixie doesnβt even any wear pants but Tiny is the βslutβ
BTW, I am not hating on Dixie or Candy, I think their awesome characters. Besides, we all know that DK is the biggest βslutβ, he doesnβt wear ANY clothes except the tie but that doesnβt cover his hairy butt

Those plush look so cool. -_- Wish i can find the dk64 proto plush. But you just inspired me to start making plushies and figures myself. Again nice work.
