If you haven't tryed scratch board it is fairly easy, but like pen and ink you cant go back and erase. Scratch board is a ink coated sturdy paper and their are tools you can carfully scratch off the black to bring out the white, most people do a lite pencil drawing first on the black surface. for this I just used a razor blade and started doodling like I do in pencil for sketching.
