Description
5' tall (not including pedistal) ceramic piece white slip and oxides for coloration, Fired cone 5.this is one of the pieces I used for the photo overlay from "Puzzling Art Is" When I have time (haha) I will take a better photo of this piece, placing it whithin a better setting. (Like out-doors where I can stand more than 6' away). I shall mention that Deviant MsJ777 shows some of my smaller pieces at this link-------------[link]

It comes apart in 3 pieces The Egg is one the tall thin branch is anouther it slides into an almost bark like sleeve, so it was fired in seperate pieces and yes it is still pretty delicate.

Thanks, thats how the school talked me into teaching sculpture then one my longest standing (5yrs) students (Deviant MsJ777) then talked me into this sight, which is quite interesting.

ha, sure sure. Im no guru, as might be guessed by the lack of digital art in the portfolio, so my work takes time. I probably won't update either for another few weeks.

Well like I mentioned the photos suck the egg its self is 16" to 18" high and some of the puzzle pieces are out or falling out on the other side of the piece, one of the differnces with 2-D art an sculpture You can walk around sculpture and I try to take full advantage of this concept.
