New armor for my OC, Nox! Thought she was in need of an upgrade, plus it gave me a chance to work on character concept design~Inspired by Feng Zhu Design.

Let me say this: the armour is so badass. I love the shoulders especially, and those boots look AMAZING! Tho the only thing about the boots is that, from what it looks like, her feet are in a high-heels position, or, it kinda looks that way, not very practical. Nah im just pokin, feet are hard to draw and sometimes they look like that when we artists draw without us even noticng, so all you need to do there is bring out the hell and whala! Them feet are good.
As for the face, there are a few chinks: firstly, you dont even really have to draw a face at all! Since this design looks mostly in reference to her new armour, the face isnt really a key detail. However,if you decide to make another charachter profile in the future where facial details are involved, (helmets, hairdos, war paint, piercings, ect.) Or if youd just like to show a close up of your characters face for the heck of it, you can draw on the side what i call a three-point headshot. Its basically just a shouler/neck n head portrait showing three, maybe four different angles of the head from three different sketches/paintings. Ive done a few OC desings for new characters in the past, and though it is quite a bit of extra work, it could be a satisfying touch to your characters that id suggest at least trying out on a rainy day.
As for the face itself, id say that youve definately mastered the nose lol, but the cheeks and eyes have a bit of room for improvement. The cheeks are shaded correctly, but maybe the shadow is a bit too dark in comparison to the contrasts of the rest of her face. You know, if its simply your style, and thats how you like it, Hell , its your painting and you rock that. But if you were aiming for something more realistic, id simply suggest lightening the shadows of the cheeks, or adding more shadows to the rest of her face. Also, the eyes do seem a bit small but if that is a size that youre comfortable with, then maybe just bring down the eyebrows a little to better porportionize her face. Otherwise, her face looks pretty damn good, and id also suggest curving her hair since in that motion, her hair would ripple a bit.
Okay, so your upper body is basically flawless! You mastered the shadowing on her chest; ive seen some wierd shadings on boobs before so~ yea good job lol but the lower body is a little funky here. So, thighs do have some curve to them, but only in a certian way. See, the front facing side of thighs are curved, and the backside of thighs are staight. Then, shins are straight in the front an curved in the back. Its kinda hard to capture and it usually isnt realized until its drawn wrong. Just for future reference of character design~
But i do have to say that though the shape of the leg is off, your pose of her legs looks very natural and comfortable, as if the moment was captured mid-movement. Overall this was a very good job! I really think youre improving! A word of great advice from one artist to the next: draw what you see, draw what you invision in your mind, dont draw what you simply think looks right. Its suprisingly effective.

But yea the class helped SO FRIGGIN MUCH! my instuctor was amazing, he had a kind of angular, bulky style that broke down anatomy and basic rules of still life, too, so now its so much easier to take references to photos after working a week with a model XD it was a great help

That's awesome! Yeah I could tell by your newest art as well that it's really been helping~! Sadly there aren't any classes here that take students under 18 ;_; So I'll be doing some challenges instead.

the armor is amazing.
but.. work a bit on the hair. If you meant for it to fly sidways then make a wavy pattern. Plus, its not thick enough to be called hair. If this offends you i am sorry.really...
but I am just giving you friendly advice.
Other than that, everything in this pic screams awesome badassry.
