I would assume that's natural clay, this clay is man made I think. Kind of like playdough but it doesn't dry out unless you bake it.

I used to buy it at art stores like Michale's, Hobby Lobby, and/or Walmart.

I suppose if you wanted to be even more specific it's Modeling Clay, but considering you can model just about any type of clay I don't think that's what you're asking.

well in my country ive seen just natural clay,so i wondered if in our country we have this type of clay but i need to know how is it called so i can buy it,i dont think its really sculpey III

There was no paint involved, just pink clay.

The shiny gloss is what's mentioned at the start of the tutorial with a picture.

Bake them with the eyepin inside, if you try afterwards it's too hard to go in and it doesn't have the same grip.
