Sooooooo...... Yeah. Got the inspiration and urge back to draw for IB. XD Belive it or not, I have been having the freaking hardest time trying to figure out what to draw.
I went through literally six different ideas before coming upon this one, based on an earlier part of the story where Dib actually takes a knife to Zim's arm. XD I... Find this picture very lame actually. I'm not too happy about it, but I figured since I put about 4 hours into it that I might as well upload it. I just... think it's so boring! Dx Anyway... I hope a few of you find it worthy of your time. I am still going through a bit of an artblock so that could explain why this isn't top notch. I think this picture is self explanatory. XD Dib finally decides to inflict some pain on insane Zim to prove that he isn't going down without a fight. >D Zim doesn't seem to be taking it well.
Kept his wig on.. Though I think it fell off in the story. I dunno the way I drew his head in this one didn't look right without the wig so I kept it on and left the contacts off to kinda make it creepy.
Uuuugh!Worked with a higher res- file on this one so I think it looks a lot clearer.

This picture is not lame I can not draw whatsoever. So this my friend is the coolest thing ever. Dib looks like he is determined to cut zim's arm off! but seriously this is a really good drawing all your drawings are!!!!!

It's amazing and creepy that Dib is slicing up Zims arm with such determination! He is really angry and it looks like we would chop off that arm every second. Zim is mostly hurting Dib mentally and in this moment he took the initiative and inflicted much physical pain on the Irken monster. I'm surprised Zim was eve able to move his arm after that attack.
And that dull orbs are the best drawn thing about Zim in "IB".
It honestly gives me chills down the spine while looking at it in the night (just likesome regular chapters9

Fantastic job as always. I don't see why you think this picture is even boring. The background perspective is quite great as well as the shading. The only thing that is bugging me is how Dib is holding Zim's arm, but those types of things are honestly quite hard to draw. If you are a neat freak like me and you don't have Paint Tool SAI, you should definitely get it (only works on Windows) The strokes are amazingly clean and the outcome is fantastic even on small files. Ever since I found this program, I fell in love with it. I hate how Photoshop has really blurred strokes and how sensible it is to the slightest hand tremor, while SAI compensates with a stabilizer, which draw the line slower, making it look neater.
Give it a try when you can.
Oh, and don't force yourself to draw if you don't have ideas. That's why they're ideas, they come spontaneously, not by thinking for hours. Art blocks are a bitch. I had one that last over a year. I hardly held a pencil to draw at all.

But I really appreciate the compliments on this! That really means a lot to me that you like this, especially since you're a fantastic artist yourself. As for that arm, it kind of bothers me too. XD But after sitting there sketching for hours, I figured there was no way it would look any better so I just went with it. Trust me though, it looks a lot better than before.
And since reading your comment, I was able to try out SAI and I must say I really liked it! Of course, I was running a PC program on a Mac and it eventually stopped working, but I really want to get a version of it sometime! Thank you for recommending it to me. :]
And it's all good, I like conversation haha.
