I re-did Darkstar's face up. It was driving me crazy and I really wasn't happy with it. This one is...growing on me. I did it with powders and pigments and not paints. I am slowly learning that painting is not my strong suit. I did paint the inside of Darkles' eyelids and his guy liner. I gave them a layer of Liquitex varnish, too. I put that on his lips as well, even though he's supposed to have dry/cracked lips in canon, I feel like varnish really makes them look better.Darkstar/Michael Morningstar/Ben 1- (C) CN/MOA

I like his eyes. They have a deep and liquid quality that this face emphasizes well. And he still looks eerie in an uncomfortable way.

His eyes are the third pair I tried for him and I guess third time was the charm. They are glass eyes that are primarily black with grey irises, which makes them look very liquid like and deep.
