That's the April from the 2003 cartoon.
So, I'm guessing Kylee fills the role of "friend of April who is also a friend of the Turtles" that Irma filled in the 1987 cartoon.

And yeah, the pose was a tough one - especially trying to draw it while staring at myself IN said position on a chair in front of the mirror, haha. But I gave it a shot and I'll keep practicing!
