This one was actually the first one I colored, cuz these two are my favorite! I want to see them happy again, and it's silly because I could draw that if I wanted to - but that wouldn't fit with my fic at the moment, so I'll have to wait a bit.Simon Seville & Jeanette Miller (c) Ross B.

I love their relationship. It is just it is a perfect contrast of alvin and Brittany's. Instead of all the competition, it stays distant...I don't see how it would ever die out with this. I think the fuel this way is intense, to where Alvin and Brittany's ends up very hurtful and destructive in nature.

Call me crazy but I think you may be channeling the Janine/Egon dynamic here. Two bespectacled "nerd" characters who are not together in spite of mutual attraction due to an over active sense of propriety. And Simon's pony tail and lab coat scream Dr. Spengler to me.
