Colored version of [link] which I am very happy with!The hardest part was the 'wetness' effect which was a first for me, and not too bad for the first try - more cartoony-looking than realistic, but as this is a cartoon image, it works! Yay!
Oh the cuteness abounds with young Shadow and Maria, back in the days they were innocent and rambunctious (which is a really fun word) and way too adorable for their own good! How I love it! ::squee!!::
The note below is Papa Gerald's again, and you can tell by the date, he snapped this shot just a few months after the 'Sleeping in the Car' pic, so they've probably just gotten settled into a new home.
I like the bubbles (thought the Plastic Wrap effect is probably too subtle to notice), and I'm oddly proud of the wall, which was a simple cut and paste job of an image of a tile - but it looks so much better than a plain, blank color would have!
Anyway, enjoy! I'd love to do more of this series, so if any of you have suggestions for kid-typed stuff for them to do, feel free to let me know!

im pretty sure this is a little out-of-range, but how about doctor's checkups? you know, each one is comforting the other though they're both scared? wait- aren't kids scared at the hospital?

As adorable as that would be, given the context of the story, it would be dangerous for Gerald to take them to the doctor's, as the government is constantly on the lookout for them. Having Gerald himself giving them checkups might work, though. ^_^

Mixed reactions, I'm sure, most of them humorous, but since Sonic & Shadow don't exactly get along, I don't think Sonic would be getting permission to enter the Kintobor home for a long enough time to unearth it. ^_^
