Every set of parents I've known has had at least one thing in common in their ' parenting styles' - at one time or another, they have bathed their children together, and documented it. I've seen plenty of home movies and photos to cement this in my mind as pretty much a given.

I'm not quite sure the reasons. Perhaps to save time, or water. But mostly, I think it's so they have pure gold blackmail material like this to pull out of the dusty old photo albums should the need ever arise.

This iconic image has been in my head since I first drew the "Sleeping in the Car" pic ([link] ). Young Shadow and Maria (they're around 5-6 years old in this shot too) may have not had the most ideal childhood, but they have their share of pleasant memories, that Gerald took care to record.

So this'll be getting colored in similar fashion to that pic, with a caption underneath that I'll come up with later.

Oh, and bubbles are way too much fun to draw - took me back to the days of my Little Mermaid coloring books. Man, those things were chock FULL of bubbles!
