PHEW. That took alot of inking and colouring, I'll tell you that.
But it was so much fun 8D

My half of an Art Trade with *Zerna
She asked me to design a suit of cybernetic-looking armour for Tex. She designed the helmet, which I ended up tweaking a bit to go with the overall design, and I took care of the rest. I started off with the rough full-size sketches you see on the far right, then moved into doing a complete character turnaround to show how it looks in IZ style and make all the details easily seeable. I did a couple of action sketches- The one with smoke coming out of the vents was something Zerna described in her initial helmet design, mist coming from the vents in extreme conditions.
Another action sketch was to him running in the suit, which I didn't really like because I got the body wrong, but still put up here, and the last of the action sketches turned into the fully coloured and shaded piece in the middle, complete with a simple city background, like he'd just escaped from the police or something.

All in all, I'm very proud of how this whole design project turned out. You know the drill Zerna, if you want anything changed, just tell me and I'll do it.
